Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Civil) with around 1-3 years of construction site experience to oversee daily site activities, ensure quality work, and support the timely execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, ensure timely completion of work and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for timely availability of materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the construction site.
- Inspect materials received and resolve basic site-related technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in building or infrastructure construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Attention to detail, Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,462.85 per month
