We're currently on the lookout for a skilled Senior Accountant to lead the financial operations for one of our flagship resorts in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger accuracy
- Ensure timely GST filings, payments, and compliance with statutory requirements
- Maintain transparent and organized financial documentation
- Prepare financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Liaise with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Manage payroll, vendor settlements, and statutory dues
- Provide insights on cash flow and financial health to management
- Improve and streamline financial systems and processes for scalability
Who You Are
- A graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Confident in GST return filing, payment tracking, and TDS compliance
- Proficient with accounting tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
- A good communicator who can work independently and handle confidential data
