- MSc Chemistry / Organic Chemistry
- 6 - 10 years of relevant chemistry research experience in a CRO.
- Design, optimize, and scale synthetic routes for target molecules with a focus on efficiency and reproducibility.
- Independently plan and execute complex organic synthesis experiments.
- Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data with clear scientific rationale.
- Mentor junior chemists and support team development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project leaders and stakeholders to achieve research objectives within timelines.
- Contribute to project planning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation in line with regulatory and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
