Position: Solar Supervisor – Maintenance

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Solar Supervisor – Maintenance to oversee the maintenance activities of the solar unit. The candidate should ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and maximum efficiency of solar power systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities of solar plant equipment and systems.
- Monitor solar panel performance and identify operational issues.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper cleaning and upkeep of solar panels and related equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and checklists.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in the solar unit.
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and management teams.
- Monitor inverter performance, cable conditions, and electrical connections.
- Support continuous improvement in plant efficiency and productivity.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Electrical, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or related field.
- Experience in solar plant maintenance preferred.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and electrical maintenance.
- Leadership and team handling skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
