We're Hiring: Executive / Senior Executive – Operations
Location: Mumbai
We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day air cargo operations and ensure seamless flight handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor cargo, prepare flight plans, and verify shipment documentation (FFM, FWB, FHL).
- Coordinate with airlines, warehouses, ground handling agents, and airport authorities for smooth cargo movement.
- Manage flight documentation, manifests, EGM updates, and operational compliance.
- Liaise with Sales, Reservations, and Customer Service teams to resolve cargo and documentation issues.
- Handle import discrepancies, DGR-related queries, and maintain ULD inventory.
- Coordinate with load masters and stakeholders throughout flight operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in cargo operations, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Knowledge of IATA regulations, Dangerous Goods (DG), customs procedures, and cargo management systems is preferred.
