Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to shareholders and investors.
- Explain corporate events, voting procedures, and related documentation.
- Assist investors in completing required documentation.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and accurately.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling and participation targets.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Build positive relationships with investors through excellent customer service.
Eligibility
- HSC (12th Pass) or above.
- Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, or any regional language will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
