Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counselor to guide students in selecting the right training programs and support them throughout their learning journey. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, explaining course details, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring smooth communication between students and the training team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle student inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
* Provide detailed information about training programs and career opportunities
* Guide students in selecting the right course based on their interests and career goals
* Coordinate with trainers and operations team regarding training schedules
* Maintain student records and update details in sheets or CRM systems
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
* Support training operations and student coordination activities
Requirements:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to counsel and guide students effectively
* Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
Qualification:
* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
* MBA or background in HR / Marketing will be an added advantage
