JD - Business Development Executive (B2B IT Sales)
Experience - 2 to 5 Years
Location - Pune-Based Candidates Only
workMETHODS Solutions seeks intelligent, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced business development professionals with solid experience selling IT products and services will be preferred.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead business development process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Knowledge of challenges faced by specific market verticals and solutions.
- Continuously provide market insights to the management
- Build long-term relations with prospects and customers.
- Maintain up-to-date information in the company's CRM
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficient in the latest technologies to have technical conversations with prospects.
- Ability to converse with international clients and understand their challenges.
- Powerful verbal and written English.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications [Word, Excel, PowerPoint]
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to bring the deal to a close.
- Understanding of project financials
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- MBA in Sales or Business Development.
- Educational background in the technical stream would be great.
- Must have experience in successfully selling IT services.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Working experience with CRM
- Experience selling to prospects in MENA and/or the US market
- Organized and presentable.
