About Tavaasa Café
Tavaasa Café is the flagship café for Tavaasa Coffee and Tavaasa Bakery — a vibrant, contemporary space built around specialty coffee and premium artisanal baked goods.
Our focus is on quality, consistency, and strong on-ground execution, creating a refined café experience across all offerings. As we expand our bakery operations, we are looking to build a skilled and reliable team across pastry and bread sections.
Open Positions1. Pastry Chef (1 Position)
Experience: 2–4 years
Role Overview:
Responsible for pastry and dessert production with a focus on presentation, consistency, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a range of pastries, desserts, and baked items
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and finishing
- Manage daily production and planning
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the section
- Assist in improving recipes and product quality
2. Bread Chef (1 Position)
Experience: 2–4years
Role Overview:
Lead the bread section with strong expertise in artisanal baking and fermentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare artisanal breads including sourdough and specialty loaves
- Manage fermentation, proofing, and baking cycles
- Ensure consistency in crust, crumb, and flavor
- Plan production schedules and manage output
- Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients
3. Bakery All-Rounders (2 Positions)
Experience: 1–3 years
Role Overview:
Support both pastry and bread production with a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of breads and basic pastries
- Handle mise en place and daily production tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Follow SOPs and instructions from senior chefs
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service
Candidate Requirements (All Roles)
- Relevant bakery experience as per role
- Strong understanding of baking fundamentals
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Team-oriented with a disciplined approach

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
