About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to generate leads, counsel students and parents, manage enquiries, and support students throughout their application journey.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable speaking with prospective students, conducting follow-ups, building relationships, and working towards defined enrolment and business-development targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outreach, referrals, events, partnerships, and local networking.
- Counsel students and parents using UCO Aero’s predefined internal counselling system.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, goals, and study preferences.
- Explain suitable courses, career pathways, universities, application processes, and timelines.
- Follow up consistently with enquiries and convert qualified leads into registered students.
- Support students with documentation, applications, deadlines, and progress updates.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and referral partners.
- Maintain accurate lead, counselling, and application records.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation, counselling, and conversion targets.
- Ensure that all guidance is accurate, ethical, transparent, and student-focused.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, management, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, student counselling, education consulting, admissions, sales, or customer relations is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents through calls, meetings, and in-person counselling.
- Willingness to generate leads personally and take ownership of outcomes.
- Ability to learn and follow structured internal systems and processes.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Target-oriented while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Guntur, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
