We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in quality management and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain quality standards across operations.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to improve product quality.
Requirements:
- Maters in Healthcare Management
- 3-4 years of experience in Quality Management/Quality Assurance.
- Good knowledge of quality systems, audits, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related reporting.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
