Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end procurement for Greenfield chemical/manufacturing projects.
- Procurement planning aligned with project schedule, engineering and construction milestones.
- Handle procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Piping, Utilities and Equipment.
- Prepare RFQs, float enquiries, conduct techno-commercial evaluations and negotiate with vendors.
- Vendor identification, development, qualification and finalization.
- Manage CAPEX procurement and high-value equipment/packages.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, QA/QC, Construction and Operations teams.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders, contracts and rate agreements.
- Monitor supplier manufacturing, inspection, dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Handle import procurement, logistics and import documentation where required.
- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, TCO analysis and budget control.
- Manage procurement MIS, project procurement trackers and expediting reports.
- Ensure procurement complies with quality, safety, statutory and project specifications.
- Support procurement during installation, commissioning and project handover.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
