Festivals From India and Art X Company is hiring for an Associate, Founder's Office, who serves as a strategic partner to the Founder, supporting the execution of priorities across Festivals From India and Art X Company. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role that offers significant exposure to leadership, strategy, partnerships, and the creative sector ecosystem.
The role is ideal for someone highly organised, accountable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate will help create leverage for the Founder by driving follow-through, coordinating key initiatives, and supporting business development efforts.
Please note:
- The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
- This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent, ideally in a creative, marketing and/ or humanities field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Founder's Office, Executive Assistant, business operations, project management, communications, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Competency using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Slack, Trello, etc., and with digital advertising platforms, social media marketing tools, and mass mailing software is ideal.

- High level of accountability, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and execute with minimal supervision.
- Strong design and presentation sensibility, particularly for decks and communication materials.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Interest in the arts, culture, creative industries, or social impact sectors is desirable.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Founder Support & Priority Management
- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, travel, and key commitments.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and background research for meetings and engagements.
- Track priorities, action items, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and execution.
- Maintain organised records, documentation, and information systems.
Founder Visibility & Communications
- Support speaking engagements, interviews, media opportunities, and industry appearances.
- Coordinate the development of presentations, profiles, decks, and other communication materials.
- Help strengthen the visibility and thought leadership of the Founder across relevant networks and platforms.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Conduct research on prospective partners, clients, sponsors, and collaborators.
- Support the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and partnership materials.
- Track business development opportunities and support relationship management efforts.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and special initiatives led by the Founder.
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor timelines, follow-ups, and project progress across multiple workstreams.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
