Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle specifications, pricing, finance options, and features.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and visits.
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance departments.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models and market trends.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office).
- Knowledge of automobiles and vehicle features.
- Confidence and persuasive personality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
