Job Title: ITI Wireman – Harness Wiring
Department: Production / Electrical Assembly
Location: Factory Unit, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Qualification: ITI Electrician / Wireman
Job Summary:
We are looking for an ITI Wireman for harness wiring and electrical assembly work in the manufacturing unit. The candidate should have knowledge of wiring, cable harnessing, crimping, electrical connections, and panel wiring as per drawings and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform wiring and cable harness assembly work.
- Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and layouts.
- Carry out wire cutting, crimping, ferruling, lugging, and cable dressing.
- Assemble and connect electrical components as per drawing.
- Ensure proper routing and fixing of wiring harnesses.
- Check continuity and basic electrical testing of harness.
- Maintain quality and safety standards during work.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of harness wiring and electrical assembly.
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of crimping tools and wiring accessories.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Good discipline and safety awareness.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- ITI in Wireman trade.
- Experience in manufacturing, elevator, automation, or panel wiring industry preferred.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
