SkyKing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to lead and strengthen the organization's human resource function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and company policies.
Candidates with prior experience in the Courier, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Express Distribution industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR operations.
- Coordinate payroll, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Work closely with branch and operations teams for manpower planning.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience.
- Prior experience in Logistics/Courier industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws, PF, ESI, and compliance.
- Good communication and team management skills.
