- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and variants.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and exchange offers.
- Arrange and coordinate test drives.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Delivery teams for a smooth sales process.
- Ensure the showroom display area is well-maintained and presentable.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
