Key Responsibilities
Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with applicable security industry regulations, including:
- Private security licensing requirements
- Labor laws and employment regulations
- Wage and hour compliance
- Social security and employee benefits regulations
- Health and safety requirements
- Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
- Maintain compliance documentation and statutory records.
- Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide compliance training and guidance to branch management teams.
Financial Management
- Manage regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Review branch financial performance and profitability.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll costs, and operating margins.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and monthly account reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts receivable and collections from clients.
- Monitor accounts payable and vendor payments.
- Analyze financial data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support annual budget preparation and financial audits.
Payroll & Workforce Compliance
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience in finance, compliance, audit, or accounting roles.
- Experience in the security services, facilities management, manpower outsourcing, or related industries is highly desirable.
Job Summary
The Branch Compliance & Finance Executive is responsible for overseeing financial operations, regulatory compliance, statutory requirements, and governance activities across multiple branches or regions within a security services organization
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
