Area Sales Manager – Doctor Partnerships (South Delhi)

Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding TRUE's doctor network across South Delhi by onboarding qualified specialists as Full-Time Consultants and Visiting Consultants.
The success of this role will be measured by the revenue generated through doctors onboarded, ensuring strong patient inflow and long-term doctor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard Plastic Surgeons, Cosmetic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Hair Transplant Surgeons, Bariatric Surgeons, Gynecologists, and other relevant specialists.
- Build relationships with leading doctors, clinics, hospitals, and referral partners.
- Pitch TRUE's infrastructure, OT facilities, revenue-sharing model, and growth opportunities.
- Convert doctors into Full-Time or Consultant partnerships.
- Support newly onboarded doctors in launching their practice at TRUE.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to maximize each doctor's patient volume.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective doctors and partnership opportunities.
- Track doctor performance and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Represent TRUE at medical conferences, CMEs, and networking events.

Ideal Candidate
- 3–8 years of experience in Healthcare Sales, Hospital Business Development, Doctor Relations, Medical Devices, Pharma Institutional Sales, or Healthcare Partnerships.
- Strong network within South Delhi hospitals and specialist doctors.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable with field sales and frequent doctor meetings.
