Key Responsibilities:
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, NPS, and TDS compliance activities.
- Prepare and file PF & ESI returns accurately within timelines.
- Coordinate with clients for compliance documents and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll processing and salary compliance activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Prepare challans, statutory reports, and compliance-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with consultants and government departments when required.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PF & ESI return filing.
- Experience in NPS and TDS compliance.
- Good client coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge in payroll and labour law compliance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in handling multiple client compliance activities.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualification:Any Degree / MBA HR Preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
