Core Responsibilities:
- Check incoming service reports for completeness, clarity, and parts used.
- Log the report data immediately into your CRM or ticketing software to keep records current.
- Highlight missing information, unresolved issues, or extra parts needed from the report.
- Pass the updated data to service coordinators so they can schedule follow-up visits or order parts.
- Monitor open tickets to ensure coordinators act on the findings and close the loop with customers.
