Job Summary
We are seeking a high-precision, compliance-focused Logistics Executive to manage our healthcare distribution operations. In this role, you will ensure the seamless, compliant, and timely delivery of critical medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and clinical supplies. You will oversee temperature-controlled logistics, maintain strict regulatory compliance (FDA/GDP), manage warehouse inventory, and coordinate with specialized medical carriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Medical Freight & Cold-Chain Management: Coordinate daily shipments of medical equipment, disposables, and temperature-sensitive products (cold-chain, ambient, and frozen).
- Regulatory & QA Compliance: Ensure all import/export, shipping, and storage operations comply with FDA guidelines, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and local health authority regulations.
- Traceability & Lot Tracking: Oversee strict serial/lot number tracking, expiration date management, and chain-of-custody documentation for all dispatched orders.
- Specialized Carrier Management: Partner with specialized healthcare freight forwarders and courier services; monitor performance against strict delivery SLAs and temperature parameters.
- Documentation & Customs: Prepare and verify specialized medical shipping documents, hazardous materials paperwork (if applicable), commercial invoices, and customs clearance forms.
- Inventory Precision: Conduct regular inventory audits with warehouse personnel to maintain zero-variance accuracy for high-value medical stock.
- Emergency & Priority Handling: Manage urgent hospital orders, direct-to-clinic deliveries, and product recall protocols swiftly and accurately.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:Plus two or degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Logistics, Bio-Business, or a related field.
- Experience: min 1 year in any logistics field
- Soft Skills: Uncompromising attention to detail, strong crisis-management abilities, and clear communication under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
