- Curriculum & Instruction: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional skills.
- Play-Based Learning: Utilize games, storytelling, music, and art to stimulate children’s cognitive abilities and foster a love of learning.
- Child Assessment: Observe students daily to track their developmental milestones, prepare progress reports, and identify children needing extra support.
- Classroom Management: Enforce classroom rules, promote cooperation, and manage behaviors to ensure a safe, inclusive, and tidy environment.
- Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, parent-teacher meetings, and open-door communication
