Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the Video Editor will assemble raw footage, select and arrange clips, and create polished video outputs aligned with project requirements and brand guidelines. Responsibilities include applying transitions, effects, and color grading; syncing audio; integrating motion graphics; and ensuring consistent visual quality across deliverables. The Video Editor will collaborate with cinematographers, directors, and other team members, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and maintain organized file structures and project archives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent and appealing visual styles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for enhancing visual storytelling and titles.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate effectively with a creative team, and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in film, wedding, event, or commercial video editing; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.
- Preferred: degree or certification in film, media, visual communication, or a related field.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
