Field Trainer - KFC (Kerala)
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Field Trainer to oversee and drive training initiatives across our KFC restaurants in Kerala. As a Field Trainer, you will be the bridge between brand standards and restaurant execution. You will be responsible for onboarding new team members, upskilling existing staff, and ensuring that our restaurant teams deliver the signature "Finger Lickin' Good" experience while maintaining strict food safety, operational excellence, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- On-the-Job Training: Conduct hands-on training for Restaurant General Managers (RGMs), Shift Managers, and team members on KFC’s standard operating procedures (SOPs), customer service, and kitchen operations.
- Compliance & Food Safety: Ensure all restaurants strictly adhere to global food safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.
- New Store Openings (NSO): Lead the training and preparation teams for new restaurant launches across the Kerala region to ensure a seamless opening.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular training audits and restaurant visits to identify performance gaps, providing constructive feedback and refresher training where needed.
- Culture & Retention: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance learning culture that motivates staff and helps reduce employee turnover.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in training or restaurant operations within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), hospitality, or retail industry.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Malayalam and English (essential for effective communication with local restaurant teams and regional management).
- Travel: High flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across various restaurant locations within Kerala.
- Skills: Strong public speaking, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
