Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements from clients or hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms.
- Maintain recruitment databases and reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
- Candidate sourcing and screening expertise.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
