Job Description: As the General Manager of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our organization's Loco Leasing, Railway Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Railway Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Works business lines. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and leading the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the business development strategy for Loco Leasing, Railway O&M, and Railway EPC Works in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
