Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently.
- Recommend beverages, food items, and seasonal specials to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, seating area, and workspaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.
- Receive, store, and rotate inventory following food safety standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely.
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 kg.
- Comfortable working in a busy café environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
