We are seeking a highly experienced)and passionate Senior AI Trainer (M. Tech or B. Tech) to lead our Artificial Intelligence training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned academician—preferably a retired professor—with deep expertise in modern AI technologies and a strong background in teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver advanced training sessions in Artificial Intelligence and related domains
- Design, develop, and continuously update AI course curriculum aligned with industry trends
- Create high-quality training materials, including presentations, assignments, and hands-on projects
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of AI trainers and instructors
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer through innovative teaching methodologies
- Collaborate with academic institutions to implement AI programs
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and improve delivery strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of teaching/training experience in Engineering Colleges or reputed academic institutions
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields
- Proven expertise in modern AI technologies such as:
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Generative AI (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, etc.)
- Prior experience in curriculum design and academic program development
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Retired Professors / Senior Academicians with relevant AI expertise
- Experience in handling academic collaborations or institutional training programs
- Exposure to industry-driven AI applications and real-world projects
- Ph.D. or advanced research background in AI-related domains
Work Mode
