Job Summary
The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective market coverage. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting company products, collecting market intelligence, and ensuring timely collections while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and sales reporting tools.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
