We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Social Media Manager who can own and manage Adomantra's social media ecosystem end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing platform-specific strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and driving measurable ROI across all social media channels. This role requires someone who is proactive, creative, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Create platform-specific content and engagement strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar with innovative campaigns, thought leadership content, and brand-building initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Content Creation & Design
- Conceptualize and create compelling social media content including posts, reels, carousels, stories, and videos.
- Design high-quality graphics using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and community building across all channels.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, lead generation, and brand visibility through innovative campaigns.
Analytics & Performance Management
- Independently manage social media analytics across all platforms.
- Track KPIs including engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, website traffic, lead generation, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven analysis to maximize performance and return on investment.
Community Management
- Manage audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Build meaningful online communities and strengthen customer engagement.
- Monitor brand sentiment and recommend strategies to enhance online reputation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies, audience behavior, and content optimization.
- Proven expertise in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms.
- Strong graphic designing skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital marketing, and performance metrics.
- Experience in planning and executing integrated social media campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and continuous optimization.
