- Manages the creation of RFx response documents, proposals, bids, quotations, questionnaires or other documents describing Sakon products and services in response to requests from prospective clients and at the direction of the Solution Consulting team.
- Utilizes internal systems to create, manage and track RFx documents and content.
- Collaborates with members of the sales, solutions consulting or product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate and timely
- Recommends enhancements to the organizations products or services based on inquiries from prospects
- Seek assistance and advice when needed
- Proactively suggests improvements to the customer response process
