About the Role
Excel Groups Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Sports Physiotherapist to support players during the DPL Cricket Tournament in West Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in sports injury management, rehabilitation, and on-field emergency care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and manage sports-related injuries during matches and practice sessions.
- Provide on-field first aid and emergency medical support to players.
- Develop injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
- Assist players with warm-up, cool-down, stretching, and recovery techniques.
- Apply taping, strapping, and manual therapy as required.
- Monitor player fitness and advise on recovery protocols.
- Maintain treatment records and injury reports.
- Coordinate with team management, coaches, and medical staff regarding player fitness.
- Ensure medical equipment and first-aid kits are available and ready during all matches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Valid registration with the State Physiotherapy Council (if applicable).
- Certification in Sports Physiotherapy is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sports physiotherapy.
- Experience working with cricket teams, sports academies, tournaments, or professional athletes is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant sports internship experience may also apply.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of sports injury assessment and rehabilitation.
- Expertise in manual therapy, taping, and sports massage.
- Ability to respond quickly during on-field medical emergencies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work flexible match schedules.
