Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe: Listen to doctor audio recordings and type them into formal reports.
- Edit: Check and fix files made by speech-to-text software.
- Format: Translate short medical codes and jargon into full words and correct terms.
- Update Files: Add patient data to the hospital's electronic systems.

Core Requirements:
- Speed: A minimum typing speed of 50 to 65 words per minute is often required.
- Medical Knowledge: A strong understanding of human anatomy and medical terminology.
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with EHR software and Microsoft Office.
- Education: A high school diploma or a degree in medical sciences.
