Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute construction projects from start to completion.
- Review architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and material requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and project documentation.
- Maintain quality control throughout all construction phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Salary
- Range 35,000/- to 40,000/-
