Diligent and analytical, the Hardware Asset Data and Tooling Supervisor will join our IT Customer Experience and Support Team, reporting to the Hardware Asset Manager. This role is crucial for maintaining high data integrity across the tooling.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Analytics and Insights on the Analytics and Insights team, you will be responsible for:

Maintain hardware asset data integrity across systems, tools, and reporting environments

Monitor asset data quality, identify discrepancies, and drive issue resolution with relevant stakeholders

Support administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of hardware asset management tools

Analyze asset data trends and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for operational decision-making

Coordinate with IT support, operations, and governance teams to improve asset tracking and tooling processes

Qualifications
Required:

8-10 years of experience in hardware asset management, data analysis, tooling support, or IT operations

Bachelor’s degree

Experience maintaining data quality, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy across systems or tools

Experience using Microsoft Excel for analysis, tracking, and reporting

Experience working with hardware asset management tools, service management platforms, or inventory systems

Experience preparing reports, dashboards, or operational insights for stakeholders
Preferred:

Experience supporting IT customer experience, end-user support, or IT operations teams

Experience with hardware asset lifecycle management processes

Experience identifying process improvement opportunities in tooling or data governance

Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional stakeholders

Experience with dashboarding or visualization tools
