Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute multiple interior and architectural projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and overall progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and maintain complete project documentation.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Resolve site and project-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure successful project completion and conduct post-project evaluations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–8 years of experience in project management within the Interior Design, Architecture, or Fit-Out industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and understand execution/working drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Willingness to travel for regular site visits.
Preferred Background
- Experience in interior fit-out, commercial or residential projects.
- Exposure to vendor management and client coordination.
- Knowledge of execution planning and quality control processes.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
