BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and new market opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Outreach & Qualification: Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their business needs and qualify them as viable business opportunities.
- Pitching & Presentations: Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to prospective clients, highlighting our unique value proposition.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of sales leads and prospective clients using our CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new avenues for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize the sales process.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in [insert your industry, e.g., SaaS, Tech, Recruitment] is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch to decision-makers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Attributes: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a self-motivated, target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
