Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter to support our hiring needs in the Interior Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of recruitment and hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri and Indeed. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with the HR team for offer release and onboarding formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with Naukri and Indeed job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Exposure to hiring for the Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Architecture, or Engineering industry will be an added advantage.
