Our school (Mindful Montessori) fosters independence, natural development, and a lifelong love of learning. We serve children aged 15 months to 3 years in a beautifully prepared Montessori environment.
The Role
We are seeking a warm, observant, and dedicated Assistant Teacher for our Toddler classroom. You will support the Lead Guide in maintaining a peaceful, orderly, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Management: Help maintain the prepared Montessori environment and materials daily.
- Child Support: Assist toddlers with practical life skills, toilet learning, and emotional regulation.
- Observation: Monitor child safety and record behavioural dynamics to support the Lead Guide.
- Supervision: Ensure safety during outdoor play, transition periods, and meal times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year working with children aged 1–3 years required. (Freshers can also apply)
- Education: High school diploma required; graduation, any certification in early childhood education.
- Montessori Knowledge: Familiarity with Montessori philosophy or willingness to learn.
- Skills: Exceptional patience, calm demeanour, and strong communication skills.
