HIRING: DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD / MANAGER
We’re looking for a strong Digital Marketing professional with leadership experience to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage people + clients + digital marketing operations while working directly with the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the digital marketing team
Manage client relationships and communication
Oversee campaign strategy, execution & performance
Ensure timely delivery of client requirements
Track team productivity and performance
Handle escalations and client concerns
Prepare regular business & performance reports
Work with the Director on strategy and growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
⭐ Digital Marketing background is mandatory
⭐ Experience managing a team
⭐ Experience handling clients/accounts
⭐ Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Meta Ads & Social Media Marketing
⭐ Excellent communication & presentation skills
⭐ Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
⭐ 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
