Role Overview
We're looking for a designer to own the visual output of everything we produce — presentations, social creatives, web pages, print collateral and event materials. You'll take raw content and turn it into clear, well-structured, on-brand design, building and extending our visual system as you go. Working knowledge of marketing (how content performs on social, what makes a pitch land) is a plus, not a requirement — design craft comes first.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build presentations and proposal decks — the core, high-frequency deliverable — turning raw content and talking points into a clear, persuasive visual narrative for leadership and clients.
- Design social creatives for LinkedIn and YouTube (carousels, document posts, thumbnails, static assets) and manage their publishing.
- Use AI tools within Figma and Canva (and standalone AI image/design generators) to speed up ideation, generate first draft visuals, and produce variations, while applying design judgement to refine them to brand standard.
- Design and build web pages (articles, case studies, landing pages) on WordPress, ensuring clean rendering across desktop and mobile.
- Design event, print and sales collateral — brochures, standees, banners, signage, business cards — to print-ready specification.
- Translate data and content into charts, diagrams and visual explainers, choosing the right format for clarity.
- Apply and extend the existing brand system into new formats; maintain organised, version-controlled template and asset libraries.
- Juggle multiple design requests and deadlines at once, working directly with leadership to prioritise and deliver.
Required Skills
- 1– 3 years of design experience (agency, brand, in-house or editorial)
- Strong hands-on skills in Figma and Canva, including their built-in AI features (AI-assisted layouts, image generation, background/asset editing); working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Figma AI) to generate or edit visuals quickly, with the taste to know what's usable versus what needs a manual redo
- Confident presentation/deck design in PowerPoint — clean layouts, visual hierarchy, minimal text-heavy slides
- Solid typographic and layout sense: hierarchy, spacing, consistency
- Comfortable managing WordPress for page building and updates
- A portfolio showing range: decks, social creatives, and at least one print or web piece
- Able to multi-task across several live projects and hit deadlines without close supervision
- Comfortable taking direction directly from leadership and iterating quickly
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
