About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Flavours to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships within the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the flavours market.
Key Responsibilities-
· Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
· Develop and execute strategic account plans to support revenue growth and customer retention.
· Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, and Quality, to ensure successful execution of customer projects.
· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
· Lead commercial negotiations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
· Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
· Identify opportunities for account expansion and implement effective growth strategies.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with food and beverage manufacturers.
Qualifications & Experience-
· Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the flavours industry.
· Strong network within food and beverage manufacturing companies.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Strong understanding of market trends and customer requirements in the food and beverage sector.
· Ability to manage multiple client accounts and achieve business targets effectively.
Pay: ₹40,519.42 - ₹50,598.76 per month
