We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Head to lead and manage the hospital's Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, managing hospital information systems (HIS), and supporting all technology-related operations to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the hospital's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems.
- Manage and maintain the Hospital Information System (HIS), EMR/EHR, and other clinical applications.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Lead the IT team and provide technical support across all departments.
- Plan and implement IT projects, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage IT vendors, software licenses, and technology budgets.
- Ensure system uptime, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and hospital software systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
