Position: Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, confident, and street-smart Inside Sales Executive who can generate business through calls, build strong customer relationships, and convert inquiries into sales. The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, be proactive in follow-ups, and be able to handle customer queries and challenging situations effectively. The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, sales conversion, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer data and sales records.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Time :- 11am to 8pm
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
