We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager (Civil) to independently manage and execute a large-scale Defence Infrastructure Project at Gaya, Bihar.
Qualification:
BE / BTech in Civil Engineering from a recognised university/institution.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project execution.
Key Requirements:
- Must have independently handled large-volume / large-scale civil construction projects.
- Strong experience in overall project planning, execution, monitoring and timely completion.
- Capable of independently managing site operations, engineers, subcontractors, vendors and labour resources.
- Sound knowledge of civil construction, drawings, specifications, quality control and safety requirements.
- Experience in project scheduling, resource planning and progress monitoring.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be capable of working under project timelines and achieving defined milestones.
- Experience in Military Engineer Services (MES) / Defence Projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution and management of the project, including planning, deployment of resources, coordination of site activities, monitoring progress, quality control, subcontractor management and ensuring timely completion of the project as per contractual requirements.
Preferred Candidate:
proactive and technically strong Civil Engineer with proven experience in independently managing large construction projects and leading multidisciplinary site teams.
Salary: Commensurate with qualification, experience and capability.
