We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager with strong experience in retail fit-out, visual merchandising, signage, joinery, shopfitting, POP displays, and turnkey project solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, handling corporate accounts, and achieving sales targets across UAE, Dubai markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in retail, luxury brands, malls, corporate offices, hospitality, and commercial sectors
Develop strong relationships with architects, consultants, procurement teams, project managers, and brand owners
Handle client meetings, presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and execution teams for smooth project delivery
Work on retail rollouts, kiosk projects, store branding, VM execution, and signage solutions
Maintain strong pipeline management and CRM reporting
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and client pitches
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field
2 – 5+ years of relevant industry experience
Existing client network in retail, luxury brands, malls, and commercial projects preferred
UAE, Dubai exposure is an added advantage
