A Square Exhibition is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive for our exhibition stall fabrication business. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, following up on leads, understanding client requirements, and coordinating for exhibition stall design and fabrication projects. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales knowledge, and the ability to handle client conversations professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Call and follow up with potential and existing clients
2. Generate leads for exhibition stall fabrication projects
3. Understand client requirements related to exhibition stalls and exhibitions
4. Coordinate with the design and sales team
5. Maintain daily call reports and client database
6. Send company profile, quotations, and follow-up messages
7. Build and maintain professional client relationships
8. Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Requirements
1. Good communication skills in Hindi & English
2. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
3. Confidence in speaking with clients
4. Telecalling or sales experience preferred
5. Experience in exhibition, event, interior, or fabrication
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
