Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions abroad
- Provide accurate information about eligibility criteria, entrance exams (NEET), fees, college, and admission process
- Guide students in college selection based on merit, budget, and preferences
- Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission formalities
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents till admission confirmation
- Coordinate with universities/medical colleges for updated admission information
- Maintain proper student records and reports
- Resolve student and parent queries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Stay updated with latest admission rules, regulations, and counseling procedures
- Achieve assigned admission targets.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
