Job Summary
Purplle is looking for experienced and dynamic Store Managers to lead retail operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store sales, managing teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Lead, motivate, and supervise Beauty Advisors and store staff
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and service standards
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain store hygiene, SOP compliance, and brand standards
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree / MBA preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in retail store management
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle retail preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment
- Malayalam fluency required; English/Hindi is an advantage
